Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is one of the gentlest techniques available to relieve physical and emotional stress, pain and diseases. With its roots in ancient acupuncture and modern psychological research, EFT can be applied to anything from the emotional, mental and physical. EFT originated from TFT (Thought Field Therapy), discovered by a psychologist called Dr. Roger Callahan, whilst studying acupuncture and kinesiology in the 1980s. Gary Craig developed EFT with its meridian energy technique in the early 1990s making it is possible to help us ease and relieve our daily stresses within minutes!
